June Contest--Stock Up On Summer Reading Material!

Our neighborhood pool opened this past weekend, and for me that means...time to stock up on the summer reading material. So, as a prize for my June contest, I thought I’d help YOU stock up on reading material.

I visited my local bookstores and picked up some books by some of my favorite authors. I had so much fun shopping, I went a little overboard in my purchases, so I’m having TWO winners this month, and each winner will receive multiple books.

Take a look at what you can win:

Prize #1:
A Mutual Favor by Ann Jacobs (Ellora’s Cave)
Wicked Pleasure by Nina Bangs (Berkley Sensation)
Blackhawk’s Affair by Barbara McCauley (Silhouette Desire)

Prize #2:
Fallon’s Revenge by Mackenzie McKade (Samhain Publishing)
Don’t Look Down by Jennifer Crusie and Bob Mayer (St. Martin’s)
The Man Tamer by Cindi Myers (Harlequin Blaze)

How do you enter? Just leave a comment on any post on my blog. Everyone who leaves a comment between June 1st and June 20th will be entered into the drawing. Want to increase your chances of winning? Leave a comment on more than one post. Your name will go into the hat for each comment that you leave up to three.

I DO need your email address so I can contact you in the event that you win. If I can backtrack and locate an address for you (for example, an email address listed on blogger), then that’s wonderful. If not, then you need to send your email address, along with a copy of your post, to pamelatyner@hotmail.com.

On June 21st I will draw two winners. They will be notified by email and will have one week to reply and provide their mailing address. If there's no reply after seven days a new winner will be drawn. Be aware that by entering this contest you are giving me permission to post your name and state (or country) of residency on my website and blog.

The only stipulation--You must be 18 or older to enter the contest!

Good luck!

Oh, and while I have your attention…If you would like to be placed on a mailing list to be advised of my upcoming releases (I have a new book coming out soon!) and events, just send an email to pamelatyner@hotmail.com with the subject line "Mailing List".

I know what you mean about getting carried away in a bookstore. I don't go to them unless I can afford to buy more than I have on my list...it is a standing joke when I am with my grandkids and we walk past a bookstore they yell "Hold my hand, grandma" (they keep me from going in there) so I find myself entering ones online

Great contest, Pamela! My hubby hates it when I go to a bookstore because it never fails. I just cannot bring myself to buy just one book. He tells me that my reading obsession is breaking us. I just can't help it. I'd rather read than watch TV anyday.

sigh sounds like me in a bookstore. I have a problem not buying. I love to read. :-)

It is easy to go overboard in a bookstore. What a wonderful and generous way for you to remedy the situation. Neat contest!

You can never have enough books to read no matter how high your TBR pile is. After all I'm out numbered by you authors. But I try my best to keep up.

You want to read and so you're helping stock our shelves with books?! WOW, now that's True generosity! Mere thanks aren't enough, Pamela. You r indeed the BEST.
Btw, I 2 went 2 a local bookstore and picked up some reads. They were for hubby for Father's day, but still I got a vicarious thrill, lol. Spent all my book money on this so will have to wait until next month for my book purchases. I need those reads, Pamela, desperately! So, count me in, :-)

I love going to bookstores. I live in a small town, so I do have to travel a few miles to get to your Barnes and Noble, etc. I wish sometimes I lived in a larger town, because they have some of your smaller bookstores that I would enjoy browsing.

Hey Pamela, great contest and great books:)

Great contest! Who doesn't love to receive books, especially the ones that you listed! Several are still on my TBB list.
I wish I lived in a town that had a good bookstore. Our little bookstore is mainly a used bookstore but it does stocks a few new ones too. I rely on Wal-Mart, K-mart and the internet for my book shopping.

I don't get out as often as I would like to. I miss spending afternoons at the bookstore. Thanks for the chance to win.

Getting carried away in a bookstore? An author? Nah... get out of here! *LOL*

Heck if I had my way, I'd be carrying home the whole bookstore usually.

Thanks for the great contest!
I get totally carried away at the bookstore. I never leave with less then an armfull. eBooks do help some, since they cost a bit less, but there is nothing that matches that new book smell or the feel of holding a great book!!!

Great contest! LOL! Sounds like we are all addicted and can't control ourselves when we go to the bookstore. My poor hubby can't believe how addicted I am to reading. I rarely watch any TV anymore.

Seems like we are all pretty much in agreement - it's easy to spend too much in a bookstore. Joye, I had to laugh at your post, because my grandkids do me the same way. I always say "I'll only be a minute", and they say "Yeah, right!". I love to visit the bookstores and browse to see what all is new. I always spend too much. I would love to win the contest to add to my always growing TBR pile.

I love this contest and knowing everyone is sucked into book buying! I have to disagree, you can never buy to many (until the credit card bill comes in...)
