Last night my family went to the NC State Fair to see Chris Cagle in concert. It was a wonderful concert :)
After the concert I stopped off at the ladies room, and as usual when I’m at a public restroom, I had to restrain myself from yelling, "Come back here and wash your hands!" at those people that did their business and then just walked straight out the door. Have they never heard of germs?
After leaving the restroom, we headed on down the fairway and I saw one of the young ladies who had left without washing her hands (I recognized her by her very distinctive hairstyle), eating a funnel cake...an activity that required using her hands...hands that not been washed after she'd used the bathroom. YUCK!
Not washing your hands after using the bathroom is one of my pet peeves. I hate to see someone do it.
What are some of your pet peeves?

Oh, I can give you one that just totally grosses me out. People who blow their nose at the dinner table. It's bad enough if you're at home and it's a relative you can razz big time (or better yet, stop before they can ruin your appetite) and hope they'll never do it again. But in a restaurant? Were they raised in a barn?
This probably wouldn't bother someone who is in their 20s, but I really dislike it when at a doctor's office they just call out a first name to call the next patient. First of all, many names are quite common and it would be possible for several people (especially in large group practices) to have the same one, but also I was taught that it is impolite to call someone many years older than I by their first name without their express OK.
